Al Hasnaa magazine:

Almost a century throughout which Al Hasnaa has mirrored the Arab woman and reflected her dreams and aspirations in the unique culture of oriental society.

Established in 1909, Al Hasnaa accompanied the Arab woman in her march and covered her evolution, highlighting in its pages issues about various facets and aspects of her life and identity, standing apart in its openness and objective coverage of different ideas and lifestyles.

Joining the family of Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group in 1998, enabled Al-Hasnaa magazine to reach a larger number of readers in the Arab world, penetrating to the core of the multiple and various societies and interesting even men and children.

Al-Hasnaa has always carried the flag of modernity and audacity, constantly renewing itself to reply to the continuous changes and evolutions in order to adjust to the needs of the cultural diversity of the Arab world itself.

Believing that marching along side with women in their battles, overcoming taboos and discussing honestly, openly yet graciously all problems and issues, Al-Hasnaa mission consists of seeking the development and modernization of the role of women in the Arab society and economy, and enabling them to unleash their full capabilities to serve the goals of growth and development of the societies and economies of the region.

Almost a century throughout which Al Hasnaa overcame daily battles to penetrate the world of the Arab women, endowed with a knowledge enabling it to discuss the Arab Women’s situation on wider scale, today.

Aware of the need of the Arab world to globally discuss the situation of the Arab woman, Al-Hasnaa saw the necessity of organizing a forum on Leadership and Social Responsibility, “The New Arab Woman” during which most of the aspects of the life of the new Arab woman will be exposed and argued. Public life, media, beauty, motherhood, business and money are the questions to be raised in panels along the The New Arab Woman Forum.

After having discussed and accompanied the changes in the path of the woman and analyzed its future impact on the Arab society and the role of the woman on the leadership and economical levels, taking into consideration the challenges awaiting her, Al-Hasnaa is bringing today all these subjects to the light.

Al-Hasnaa is focusing among her pages, as well as in this forum, on the path the Arab woman should take, her strengths, her role in management, politic, business, education, motherhood, media and the problems she will encounter.
