AWTTE Previous Edition Highlights
AWTTE was a hub of international business with 13 national pavilions and more than 100 exhibiting companies participating. AWTTE 2005 registered 6,700 visitors divided into 44% public and 48% trade professionals.
AWTTE was re-launched in 2003 with a 30% increase in exhibitors from 2002 edition. Conference sessions and workshops were added to the exhibition to help advance tourism business in the Middle East as well as ensure sharing trends, quality and code of practice among industry professionals.

Lifetime Achievement Awards
The organizers have added “Lifetime Achievement Awards” to the exhibition in appreciation of key tourism figures for their achievements in tourism. Each year, 3 major tourism leaders in the Middle East are awarded during AWTTE.
