Registration
Pre-registration on 12th April will be available at 16:00 p.m.
Registration will be open on 13th April between 8.00 a.m and 9.00 a.m
All participants need to register on site to receive their badges prior to attending the conference.
You will receive all forum material upon receiving your badges.

Travel Documents and Visa
Please ensure that your travel documents required to proceed to enter the Sultanate of Oman are in order as early as possible.
Should you need a visa to enter Oman, please make the necessary arrangements with the Oman Embassy, Consulate or representation in your country. If there is no Oman Consulate or representation in your country or if you need assistance in obtaining a visa, please contact Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal (see “Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Contact List” below).

Transportation
Shuttle bus services from the various hotels accredited by the organizers to the Shangri-la Hotel and Resort will be provided to all participants. The schedule of shuttle buses during the 2-day Forum will be provided to you upon your arrival.


Accommodations
For your convenience, Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal will assist you in hotel arrangements.
For all participants, please send us your travel details, including dates, times and flight numbers of your arrival and departure. This information is necessary to finalize and reconfirm your hotel reservation and to arrange your airport pick up.
