Under the patronage of H.E. President Zein El Abidine Ben Ali, The Tunisia Economic Forum was launched on November 9th, 2007 at Karthago Le Palace, Les Côtes de Carthage, with the presence of H.E. Mohamed Al Ghannoushi, Prime Minister of Tunis, and over 800 participants.

The Forum was concluded by an open discussion with the Prime Minister of Tunis, H.E. Mohamed Al Ghannoushi, who answered the participants’ major questions related to investment opportunities in various sectors, currency liberation, reforms, stock exchange, oil & gas, Real Estate ownership, Islamic Exchange and Tunisia’s leading role in reinforcing the North African Union.
