The Opening ceremony will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday 9th November 2007. Shuttle bus services will be provided from the various hotels accredited by Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal to the venue. For security reasons, participants must wear the badges that they receive upon registration.

Registration

All participants need to register on site to receive their badges prior to attending the conference.

The registration desk will be open on:

• Thursday 8th November 2007 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
• Friday 9th November 2007 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. sharp.

You will receive all forum material upon receiving your badges.

Travel Documents and Visa

Please ensure that your travel documents required to proceed to enter Tunisia are in order as early as possible.

Should you need a visa to enter Tunisia, please make the necessary arrangements with the Tunisian embassy, consulate or representation in your country. If there is no Tunisian consulate or representation in your country or if you need assistance in obtaining a visa, please contact Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal (see “Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Contact List” below).

Transportation

Shuttle bus services from the various hotels accredited by the organizers to the Karthago Le Palace will be provided to all participants. The schedule of shuttle buses during the 2-day Forum will be provided to you upon your arrival.

Accommodations

For your convenience, Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal will assist you in hotel arrangements. Mr. Dory Renno has sent you a hotel registration form, if you haven’t sent the hotel form yet; please send it completed by October 25th, 2007 (Hotel form link).

For all participants, please send us your travel details, including dates, times and flight numbers of your arrival and departure by October 25th, 2007. This information is necessary to finalize and reconfirm your hotel reservation and to arrange your airport pick up.

Tickets

Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal has agreement with Tunisia air as:

• 20% discount for business class
• 30% discount for economic class

All participants can benefit from this agreement by showing the confirmation letter, which they receive from Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal after sending the registration form.
