KAJ
The private chartered flights¹ company, operating between Tunisia and some European countries, launched its first commercial flights at the turn of the summer season 2002.

The company possesses a homogenous fleet of six Boeing 737-300 which allowed it in 2005-2006 to operate an average of 15.000 hours¹ flights, and 3000 annual rotations, essentially between Tunisia and the European continent.

The air company Koral Blue is issued from a Tunisian-Egyptian joint-venture between two well known groups: Kathago, in Tunisia, and Orascom, in Egypt.
It is a company entirely specialised in chartered-flights¹ traffic which will operate from Charm Escheikh- Egypt- and other airports, situated on the Red Sea shores, with a starting fleet comprising two A.320 Airbus planes.
The development plan of this company will go on, with the same homogenous module, and with the purpose to reach 12 planes in 2012.

Mediterranean Gate, Tunisia
A massive project, the Mediterranean Gate, US$ 14 billion city, is a collaborative project between Sama Dubai and the Tunisian government. يحتـلّ بنـك تونـس العربـي الدولـي الذي تاسس سنة 1976 المرتبـة الأولـى في تونس ضمـن البنـوك التجـاريّـة المنتميـة للقطـاع الخـاصّ والمرتبـة الثالثـة بعـد مصرفيـن مـن القطـاع العـام حيـث تقـدّر حصّتـه الإجماليّـة مـن السّـوق بـ %15 .
ارتفع راسمال البنك من 3 ملايين دينار عنـد التاسيس إلـى 170 مليونا فـي نهاية 2006. وتضم لائحة المساهمين مؤسسات وافراد تونسيين من القطاع الخاص بشكل اساسي، الى جانب مساهمات من الخارج ابرزها مؤسسات مصرفية من فرنسا وايطاليا، كما يساهم في راسمال البنك بنسبة صغيرة البنك الاهلي التجاري (جدة).
وقـد تـمّ تعزيز راسمال البنك عـن طريـق اللّجـوء إلـى السّـوق الماليّـة العالميّـة. ليصبح بنـك تونـس العربـي الدولـي المؤسّسـة التونسيّـة الوحيـدة التـي أصـدرت أسهمـا فـي شكـل سنـدات إيـداع إجماليـّة (GDRs) فـي السّـوق العالميّـة ، وبذلك اصبح سهـم البنـك متـداولا فـي بورصـة لنـدن منـذ شباط/فبراير 1998 .
كمـا يعتبـر بنـك تونـس العربـي الدولـي المصـرف الأوّل فـي تونـس والثانـي في افريقيا الـذي قـام بنجـاح بإصـدار اقتراضيـن مرؤوسيـن (Emprunt subordonné) فـي السـّوق الماليّـة العالميّـة: الأول بمقدار50 مليون دولار وتـمّ الحصول عليه من المؤسسة الدولية للتمويل ((IFC فـي حزيران/يونيو 2004 والثانـي بمقـدار 10 ملايين دولار وتـمّ منحـه مـن قبـل مؤسّسـة PROPARCO .
كمـا يعـدّ بنـك تونـس العربـي الدولـي أوّل بنـك تجـاري تونسـي يخـصّ زبائنه مـن غيـر المقيميـن بمعاملـة متميـّزة مـن خـلال جملـة مـن المنتجـات والخدمـات المتطابقـة مـع حاجيـات هـذا الشريحة من الزبائن معتمـدا فـي ذلـك علـى شبكـة تعـدّ أكثـر مـن 1000 بنـك مراسـل متواجـدة فـي مختلـف أنحـاء العالـم. ويملك البنك مكتب تمثيل في باريس ليتواجد بالقرب من المواطنين التونسيّيـن المتواجديـن في فرنسـا والخـارج، ولاقامة علاقات مـع المؤسّسـات الأوروبيّـة التـي لهـا اهتمـام بالسـوق التونسيّـة.

The project of the urban and tourist zone « Lella Hlima » in Zarzis is the first that the Sodet Sud relized. It covers a surface of 110 hectares of maritime oasis on a coast of 3.8 km;near the projected tourist zone of “Lella Meryem” and the village of “Hassi Jerbi”(10.000 inhabitants).
The new zone to be realized is at 15 km north of Zarzis (a coastal town in the Tunisian South East, at 510 km from Tunis) and at 30 minutes from the International Airport of Djerba – Zarzis.
The region is characterized by its mild micro climate, a yearly 10 months sunniness ; its beaches which are sandy as well as rocky and its plant cover of maritime oasis.
The project is innovative in the way that it insures the integration of the zone with its natural environment. The bases are the following objectives:
The zone layout stretches from 2007 to 2009 with a global cost of 70 millions of dinars.
