Registration

Pre-registration on 13th November will be available at 16:00 p.m.
Registration will be open on 14th November between 8.00 a.m and 9.00 a.m
All participants need to register on site to receive their badges prior to attending the conference.
You will receive all forum material upon receiving your badges.

Travel Documents and Visa

Please ensure that your travel documents required to proceed to enter Tunisia are in order as early as possible.
Should you need a visa to enter Tunisia, please make the necessary arrangements with the Tunisian Embassy, Consulate or representation in your country. If there is no Tunisian Consulate or representation in your country or if you need assistance in obtaining a visa, please contact Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal (see “Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Contact List”).

Transportation

Shuttle bus services from the various hotels accredited by the organizers to Karthago Le Palace hotel will be provided to all participants.

For all participants, please send us your travel details, including dates, times and flight numbers of your arrival and departure. Location: situated on the Mediterranean coast of North Africa. It is bordered by Algeria to the west and Libya to the southeast

Climate:
Northern Tunisia
The climate of northern Tunisia is typically Mediterranean with hot, dry summers and mild winters. Temperatures in July and August can reach 35°C+, with up to twelve hours of sunshine per day.
Southern Tunisia
Southern Tunisia is even hotter, with temperatures reaching 45°C and more on occasions. During the winter there are approximately 5 – 6 hours of sunshine a day and temperatures are in the region of 18 – 20°C. Desert Regions
The desert region will always be a few degrees warmer. In terms of annual rainfall, it ranges from 1000mm in the north down to 150mm in the south, although some areas of the Sahara go for years without any rain.
