Venue

The Conference will be held at the:
Hadramout University for Science and Technology
Mukalla, Yemen

The Opening ceremony will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday 26th March, 2008.
Shuttle bus services will be provided from the various hotels accredited by the event planner to the venue.
For security reasons, participants must wear the badges that they receive upon on-site registration.

Registration

All participants need to register on site to receive their badges prior to attending the conference.

The registration desk will be open on:

• Tuesday 25th March, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 26th March, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. sharp.

You will receive all conference materials upon receiving your badges.

Travel Documents and Visa

Please ensure that your travel documents required to proceed to enter Mukalla are in order as early as possible.

Should you need a visa to enter Yemen, please make the necessary arrangements with the Yemen embassy, consulate or representation in your country. However, if there is no Yemen consulate or representation in your country or if you need assistance in obtaining a visa, please contact Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal (see “Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Contact List” below).

Transportation

Shuttle bus services from the various hotels accredited by the organizers to the venue will be provided to all participants. The schedule of shuttle buses during the 2-day Summit will be provided to you upon your arrival.

Accommodations

For your convenience, Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal will assist you in hotel arrangements. Mr. Nader Ghannam shall send you the hotel registration form, you need to resend back completed by March 10th, 2008 (Hotel form attached).

For all participants, please send us your travel details, including dates, times and flight numbers of your arrival and departure by March 18th, 2008. This information is necessary to finalize and reconfirm your hotel reservation and to arrange your airport pick up.
