Middle East Travel is part of the 27-year-old Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group. The publishing firm is widely present across the pan-Arab region through its Beirut-based headquarters and with five offices in the Gulf and Turkey. The group also publishes the following regional titles in Arabic: Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal, the leading monthly business and economic magazine; Al Hasnaa, the region's first women and family magazine launched in 1909; and Al Defaiya, a bi-monthly publication specialised in defence and aerospace.The group also organises over 18 conferences and exhibitons in various Arab and interantional cities every year. The events are co-organised with government insitutions and are attended by top leaders in the Arab business community.
